Proudly Giving Back to Our Local Community
With nearly 30 years in business, Horizon Services has established deep roots in our local community. We don’t just provide top-quality AC, heating, and plumbing services to homeowners throughout the area—we also strive to give back to the areas we serve through a number of charitable efforts and partnerships. In 2010, we established Horizon Helps, a community service division of Horizon Services comprising a number of our own employees who generously donate their time to assist, support, and raise awareness for multiple worthy causes.
We are affiliated with a number of different organizations and programs throughout Delaware, Southern New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Northeastern Maryland, including:
- Charities and service organizations
- High school athletics and football
- Little League baseball
- Youth sports
- Colleges/universities
- Professional sports teams
From fundraisers to community events to volunteer activities, our Horizon employees make it their mission to take an active part in the community. Since its inception more than seven years ago, Horizon Helps has sponsored more than 300 youth athletic teams, 600 community events, and our employees have volunteered more than 15,000 hours of their time. We aim to spotlight important causes and encourage others to take part in giving back.
Warm The Heart
At Horizon Services, we believe every member of our community deserves to be comfortable, especially during the cold winter months. For many families, faulty furnaces or rising utility bills as a result of poor heating efficiency make this simple necessity nearly impossible. In 2005, Horizon employees founded Warm The Heart, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting these neighbors in need. Each year we nominate local families who are unable to afford new heating systems due to low income or other financial difficulties, and repair or replace their system at no cost. By working together, we can improve the overall comfort, health, and safety of these families when they need it most.

Feel The Love
Feel The Love nominees all have one thing in common: they always put others first. But sometimes, these individuals need a little help making sure their own needs are being met. Lennox works with Horizon Services and your nominations, to give back to selected heroes by gifting them with a Lennox HVAC unit at no cost.
